My story

I grew up in Honduras, one of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere but also a country full of grit and possibility. My parents were both self-made professionals, with a razor-sharp work ethic and a strong focus on education. Thanks to them - and to my own commitment - I got scholarships to go to college and graduate school in the US. 

I built a successful 13+ year career in international development, a sector that funds programs aimed at improving the quality of life in lower income countries. I wanted people to live better lives and I worked hard to make that happen for communities around the world. I am very proud of that life. 

In 2019, while living in Washington D.C., I joined Accomplishment Coaching's graduate program, a coach training program that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (they mean business!). I became a coach and, most important, my life was transformed. I still want people to live better lives and I now use the power of coaching to facilitate change. I am here to help people live joyful lives, from purpose.

I have lived most of my adult life as a foreigner in places like Germany, New York City, New Delhi, and Washington D.C. I have travelled to over 40 countries.

I have made many bold moves in life but the latest is likely the boldest: I gave up a comfortable and well paid job working with the most amazing global team, a potential US citizenship, and a life I enjoyed in Washington D.C. to move back to Honduras, purposefully without a job, to tell the stories of the people of the country I love most.

I still consult in international development and split my time between that work, my own creative projects and coaching.  

I am also a writer, a certified yoga instructor, and an aspiring singer and pianist. I'll be single until I find a man who wants to create a fun, international, 2+ life together and who thrives in the playful, no-nonsense, creative and warm energy I want to maintain in life.
