group coaching

You & a community

Groups are generally made up of 4-6 people who are interested in a specific theme. We work together for four months and generate a community of support that will last a lifetime. 

What is included

  • One monthly 2 hour group coaching session focussed on the theme of interest (scheduled on Saturdays) 

  • One monthly one on one (individual) coaching session with me, focussed on the topic of your choosing

  • Practice areas  to complete throughout the month (this may require books and videos not included in the program fee)

Your commitment 

  • Time. You must commit to the group for the full 4 month timeframe 

  • USD$200 per month
