​​This retreat is not your usual yoga vacation. It is a coaching retreat where we will use techniques from kundalini, sound healing and the yoga asanas, combined with ontological group and individual coaching, to support you in transforming an aspect - or several - of your life.

Who is it for?

For people who feel like they need a change in their lives and are ready to do the work to make it happen. While the program includes yoga sessions, there is no requirement of physical endurance. Alternatives will be provided to accommodate all levels.

Location, location, location

Roatán is a long, thin island off the northern coast of Honduras, in the Caribbean. It is known for its superb diving as it is surrounded by the second largest coral reef in the world.

The retreat will be held at Camp Bay Lodge - a boutique, mindful-stay hotel located on the eastern, less populated side of the island. At a distance from the bustling communities of West End and West Bay, this resort offers a break from distractions and the opportunity to connect with nature & with oneself.

50% of the total price is required to reserve a spot. You are welcome to pay in full at the time of reservation. If you need a payment plan, the option is:

25% of total price by May 1st, 2022 

25% of total price prior to arrival 

Refund Policy 

The 50% reservation amount is non-refundable. All additional payments will be refunded if cancellation is done at least 7 days before the start of the retreat.
